Turtle TIme Poster

This poster can be used to help teach children steps for anger management, and to teach parents and teachers how to support children in learning these strategies:

First, to recognize the uncomfortable feeling. Second, to think, “stop.”  Third, to take slow, deep breaths and withdraw into an imaginary shell.  Fourth, to use positive self-talk and happy thoughts, and finally, to try again to solve the problem.
